When does it start?

You can start at any time! As soon as you download the app you will be taken to day One.

Is there an ongoing subscription for the app?

No, it is a one-time payment.

I forgot to check off an activity, do I need to go back to the beginning?

Yes, if you miss anything you will be taken back to day one, that's why setting up your end of daytime is so critical.

Can I change any of the daily requirements?

No, the program MUST be adhered to 100%.

Can I split up my workout time?

No, your workout MUST be 60 minutes consecutive. If you want to train more than once then it's up to you, however you must do at least 60 minutes consecutively.

Can I split my personal development up?

No, same as your workout it must be consecutive BUT as a tip you can listen to your personal development while doing your exercise.

Is drinking 3L of water too much?

No, with the required daily exercise you will need to keep up your hydration, however if your doctor has advised you it is too much for your body or specific needs then please follow their advice.

Is coffee allowed?

Yes but be mindful of your choices. Swap your latte for a long black.

Can I substitute non-alcoholic drinks?

No, swapping non-alcoholic beer for beer will not help you break the habit.

How much should I save each day?

Go back through your bank statements for 2 weeks to identify any unnecessary spending you think you can pull back on and that is a good place to start.

How many times can I do 60 Strong?

As many times as you like! Once you have finished a 60-day cycle you can start all over again.
